Region XV athlete Angela Kerr-Smith won
the 100 and 200 meters at the NJCAA Division III National Outdoor Track and Field Championships to become the first national champion in any
sport on the Michael J. Grant campus of Suffolk Community College in
Brentwood.

Region XV school Nassau Community College Men's Golf placed 6th at the NJCAA Division III National Men's National Golf Championships in Jamestown New York this weekend. The Lions Team talley was RD1-307 RD2-305 RD3-309 RD4-303 TOTAL-1224 +72

| Suffolk-Selden Softball Places 5th at NJCAA D3 Championships |
The Clippers of Suffolk County Community College - Selden placed 5th at the NJCAA Women's Division III Softball Championships. Suffolk lost their first game to Brookdale 0-10. In their second game the Clippers defeated Westmoreland CC 8-0. Then they ran into DuPage, losing 6-7. Suffolk topped off their national tournament with a 5-4 win over Brookdale to give them the 5th place spot.

| Suffolk-Selden Men's Tennis Takes 2nd at Nationals |
The Suffolk County Community College -Selden Men's Tennis Team took 2nd place at the NJCAA Division III National Men's Tennis Championships this spring. The Clippers tallied 29.5 points. Individual matches are below.

| Suffolk-Grants Goes 1 and 2 at NJCAA Baseball Nationals. |
Suffolk CC - Grant won the D3 Baseball Region Championship last week giving them the honor of representing Region XV at the NJCAA World Series of Baseball. The Longhorns lost their first game at the tournament to Joliet CC 3-1. Suffolk rallied in their 2nd game, defeating Riverland CC 5-3, then lost to top seed Brookdale 20-7 in their final game of the tournament
